Booking & Reservations

By booking an excursion through our website, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel for a full refund at least 25 hours before the scheduled start time of your excursion. If you need to cancel closer to departure, please contact us as soon as possible. If your cruise ship was scheduled to visit the port you booked but does not dock there, you will receive a full refund. Please notify us as soon as the cruise line confirms the change. This port-skip protection does not cover an unreported booking mistake by the guest.

Safety & Liability

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides. Amber Cove Excursions carries comprehensive liability insurance. Participants with medical conditions should inform us before booking. Some activities have age, weight, or health restrictions.

On-Time Return Guarantee

We guarantee return to Amber Cove cruise port before your ship's scheduled departure. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control delay your return, we will work with your cruise line and cover any additional expenses incurred.

Weather & Force Majeure

Tours may be modified or cancelled due to weather or safety conditions. In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour or full refund.
